Jawahar Soudham Neerad

  The long cherished dreams of natives of Neerad, and own office for Indian National Congress in our village has come true on Dec 30 2011, the day in which Indian National Congress was born in 1885.  Neerad was a fertile land for the growth of Indian National Congresseven before Independence.

      

  It's ungrateful if I am not mentioningsome names such as

10. P.E Cheriyappu
11. P.E Bappu
12. Pathirikkodan Muhammed Master
13. Kuttypoliyan Koyamutty    

        And others who had played a great role for the growth of Congress in our locality. They tried to spread the message of secularism and brought peace and tolerence among our people.

The tireless efforts of P Enikkutty, Koloth Muhammed, A.P Devadasan, P Veeran kutty T. Muhammed, Bhaskaran Vaidyar, Gandhi Moyin, C Alikoya, T. Beeran and many others are to be remembered in the growth of party of Neerad.  Noushad alias Manu, P Musthafa alias Babu, Hakeem, Ismail, Cheriyon Neerad, Rajan, T.K Aboobacker, Ashar shah, Palekkodan Kunjhi mon, and other pravasi brothers contributed much and shared more to fulfil our hopes and cherish our ideals. Day today functionings of the party at Neerad are being carried out by A.P Unnikrishnan, Abdu Nellikkunnu, Adburahiman UK, K.P Ibraheem kutty and others who are totally committed to the interest of the party.

          The unparallel financial support of P.T Gangadaran and K Sankaran will be ever remembered

P.P Abdul majeed, P Bichappu, T.K Mammunni Sahib, P.P Azeez, Kunjhappu Palliyathodi and other countless colleagues contributed a lot for the completion of this office. Kunjhikka,  Nasar, Paper Manu, Kotta Brothers and many others helped us with smiling lips. With a firm determination we launched the programme for the completion of the building  and by the grace of God we could achieve the target.

        In the afternoon of  30 th  December 2011 in a festive mood, the office building was inagurated by the Malabar Sulthan Of Secularism Shri: Aryadan Mohamed, Shri: UK Bhasi,E Mohammed Kunjhi, Ak Abdu rahman, KMA Rahiman , PP Moossa etc. also participated. The veteran congress leader of Neerad Mr: P Enikkutty Haji presided over the function 

          We have provided news papers, TV, Cable net work, Chess, Foodball and cricket fecilities, in the office. No, of students and grown ups visit office daily. Jawahar Soudham will be a shelter for poor and needy.

A relief from the pain and a centre for the secular minded people.
